Recalling my experience working at this company was an unpleasant experience, to say the least. The founder's disorganized approach to managing the business was frustrating and often led to embarrassing situations. As someone who valued efficiency and organization, it was difficult to watch the founder's lack of planning and foresight cause chaos in the workplace. Furthermore, the founder tended to blame others for his mistakes and shortcomings. It was disgraceful displace of leadership that undermined the morale of the team.

Everything. Expect to work long hours for low pay. Workloads are imbalanced and compensation doesn't justify it. There is clear favoritism and sexism in all facets of employment here. The owner and higher ups have been heard insulting people and laughing on many occasions. Lack of professional decorum. The F bomb is used by the owner as frequently as the word "the" around the office. Double standards and impossible to please people you work with. Drama is not only allowed, but maximized on, creating hostile work environment and toxic culture. Bring a problem to HR, get ignored or told to just suck it up. Inequitable (frankly, illegal) practices for pay - equal pay for equal work does not exist at this company. Mandatory weekly "leadership" meetings.
