      DaBella is a family owned company and they really care about the people who work for them. First job I can say I love and I know I wont be going anywhere

      DaBella offers a fast-paced environment with strong values. There is lots of room for growth and a great compensation structure. Everyone has a growth mindset and it is a fun place to work.

      Pros

      Money! This job has the potential to make more money then you could have ever dreamed of making. I don't have a college degree so I always though I would never be able to make 6 figures. With hard work and dedication I made 6 figures in my first full year! The culture and comradery you get with this company is also unmatched. They are so focused on devoloping leaders and ensuring a great company journey!
