Pros
Being outside and getting comfortable with your sales team and what you're selling was what made highlights for me at DaBella. You're most likely surrounded by like minded individuals that are money driven and care about work culture. As long as you are consistently setting appointments you can rely on the closers to finish the job (they have weekly training for closers)
Cons
Long drives can be exhausting after covid. Some meetings can be repetitive. Some prospects have no chill but that's sales for ya.
