First, you need to be in peak physical condition to do this job. I walked 8-10 miles a day, EVERY DAY, to hit my numbers. You'll work 11 out of 14 days in a 2 week pay period. That's over 220+ MILES of walking each month. I would have LOVED to see one of you fat, insulin sucking, C-Suiters to do the job I did here until our first lunch break. Then, wonder why turnover is so high! Go canvas for 2 weeks, and then come back here and try to tell me I'm wrong. You'll find out why turnover is high in the first two days. 90% of people aren't even in good enough shape to do this job. If you can't go outside and walk 7 miles right now, don't bother. The walking itself will be too much. I am a veteran Army paratrooper and my legs hurt really bad the first month getting used to it. A lot of people can't make it through the first day as it's 7-8 hours of walking. When I applied, I was told this was a marketing manager position. At the interview I was told it was actually entry level, and a path to management. First red flag... Well, why don't you advertise the job that way then? Is it because no one would apply or want the actual job being offered? Because when you offered the job I didn't want based on a lie, I had to take it because I was on unemployment. If I said no to a job I was offered, I'd have to pay everything back. Then the carrot dangle started. Red flag 2. If you do xyz, we will make you manager! Oh, you mean the job I actually applied for to begin with? I did it, and then waited months for the promotion. Which, ended up not being a promotion at all! It was simply a small raise and new job title, with the job being the exact same. I told them when I started, I'm 36 years old, I'm not entry level with sales and biz dev, and I have no intention of walking around in the rain, snow, and cold all winter knocking cold doors. I have a bad back from an old army injury, and can't do this very long. I can go plenty of other places, use my skills, and make money without the pain of walking a dozen marathons each month. I wasn't desperate, and I think that's who they want. People who have no other choice. They eventually sent me to manager school. Which, they then said we were going to go canvas, ie knock on doors and try to sign them up for sales calls. Uhm wtf? This caught me be surprise as I was under the impression we were training to build and manage teams to do this. I realized Dabella, once again, pulled a bait and switch. I walked out of manager training because of how unorganized, chaotic, and dishonest the company was from my point of view. This wasn't a promotion because the job was EXACTLY the same. The only thing that was going to change was the meaningless title in front of my name. I really didn't like telling people it was a free inspection when it was just a sales call either. More red flags here than a Chinese New Year. I even made quite a bit of money doing this as I was the #1 canvaser on my team every week. That's why they wanted me to be a "manager." They just messed it up so bad in the process I didn't feel like I had a steady future I could rely on with them, and left on the spot before I got in any deeper.

No real cons, but You will work a lot but it’s worth it if you want growth, pay, and to achieve your goals!
