Pros

Almost been here a year and I still love it. You get to be your own boss and your pay is determined by how much work you're willing to put in; makes for a very rewarding job. Daily training is provided which is a huge plus, and everyone has been so helpful getting new reps on track. Money potential and growth opportunities are abundant. This is the most fun job out there. Everyone is friendly and the culture is lax. We always say an appointment won't be good unless you're having fun. Although it's competitive in the office, we work hard as a team to raise everyone up to where they want to be.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long, but getting to choose your schedule offsets the long days. Lots of driving involved but you get used to it. With this being a sales job, sometimes your paycheck is a years salary, sometimes it's nothing. Knowing how to manage your money in a job like this is huge.
