Pros

A lot of opportunities to move up in the company. Started in the call center and moved to digital marketing. Excellent place to work and everybody is awesome to work with.

Cons

You really have to work hard in order to be successful and get noticed. Being in the call center or in sales is definitely not for everybody. If you're looking for a laid back job than I suggest you look somewhere else.

Pros

If you enjoy a highly competitive sales environment and want to constantly work to beat your previous goals, you might enjoy it.

Cons

This is a very fast paced and very competitive sales environment, where you will be working with and against your fellow employees. This can often lead to massive burnout and abuse by coworkers and management if you fail to live up to expectations. This can also lead to conflicting departments and bitter employees when something completely out of their hands stops them from achieving their goals. Quality and consistency is not in the companies ideals, only bigger numbers.
