Pros

This job is my first sales job, but it’s different than any other sales job you will come across. They give you all the tools to succeed, and once you get your feet under you it’s making $10k in your sleep every month. Pay is great, and there’s lots of opportunity to move up.

Cons

It’s a lot of time in the field, but sales is a number game - if you’re not taking every opportunity, you won’t sell. If you have kids, get a nanny or with all the money you make, have your spouse be stay at home. A support network outside of work is a must.

Office was clean, and I met some nice people.

Cons

Leadership and culture leave much to be desired for one seeking a long-term professional environment in which to thrive and grow. Dear reader, bear in mind my experiece was some time ago, and changes may have been made since then. My impression as well as my colleagues' was that this company is not interested in keeping people long-term. At best it is a place to work to get some professional experience on your resume, and then move on to greener pastures.
