      Pros

      Incentive based wages allows you to make as much money as you are determined to make. There are offices all over so climbing the ranks and learning to be a leader is very valuable as they are constantly promoting from within.

      Cons

      Some of the companies long term goals get in the way of an individual accomplishing their short term goals and incentives.

      - Managment has leadership training - Growth potential is HUGE - Income potential is HUUUUUGE - Managment is present but not oppressive - Flexible schedule after the first month - Mondays and Sundays off - Cool logo

      Cons

      - Long drive (I actually enjoy those though) - Sometimes you have to go weeks or a months without a paycheck (though when you get paid it tends to be BIG paychecks) So budget wisely -Gas IS STUPID EXPENSIVE (STUUUUPID) - Lime green is not the best of colors
