Pros

DaBella has changed my life. I have been with this company going on 5yrs. I have held multiple positions with tons of opportunity for growth. I’ve had several different mentors and leaders within the company. I have been able to watch so many of my peers grow within the organization. The call center is a office desk job with lots of different personalities everyday and it takes a strong mind set to overcome objections and concerns you must be comfortable speaking over the phone hence it’s a desk job. The canvass department is constantly on their feet and definitely get their steps in everyday, you have to be comfortable meeting new people and knocking on doors of course which if you have a good wrist you’ll be fine! The sales department does lots of driving they offer a commission based position with bonuses!! They also incentivize different promotions throughout the year. The training for sales is amazing and very passionate and easy to understand, there is always someone at the office that will script and walk through product demonstrations or knowledge with you daily! Yes their is a lots of driving which is common for a position like this. There is multiple different mileage tracking applications you can download on your mobile device to make tracking your daily commute very simple. ** Side note: You also get to explore cities around you that you probably have never seen or been to! Which is nice. ** Yes, I’ve worked all over the place! However it’s because of my drive to learn, and challenge myself. So apply today and find out if you can find your niche within the company who knows it might change your life! Like it did mine.

Cons

If you don’t have a strong work ethic, if you are unable to adapt to change, if you struggle with leadership skills or aren’t willing to push yourself for self development with the organization you probably aren’t going to be the best fit. Most of the people who hold high level roles have worked their way from the bottom of the marketing department to the top and are constantly challenging people to grow and develop careers not just a paycheck.
