Making me feel young!

Pros

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time thus far with DaBella. My daughter was ready to send me into an old folks home when I met the marketing manager! She said that I only looked 42 despite being 97 and gave me a home! I am so happy to be part of the DaBella family. And, despite my age, they treat me as equal to the young whipper snappers around here.

Cons

My wife thinks I love work more than her but let me ask you this. If you had a new born baby would you want to be at home? Or working overtime? So I make the easy choice. When I tell Bonnie I'm working overtime for the baby, it's not a lie. It's FOR me to not have to listen to all the crying and FOR me to not have to change diapers

Pros

Parking is great -- lots of it.

Cons

The leadership team is in chaos. Every day there seems to be new marching orders. Also, they brag about being transparent and they tell employees that work should feel like family, but both are off the mark. Most of the leadership team, director-level and above, have terrible communication skills. They tell you one thing, but mean something else, they say they are your advocate, when they never act like one, and they never get back to you when they say they will. Also, the CEO is NEVER in the office. That's a very dysfunctional family, for sure.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that you were not able to find a home here with the DaBella family. Here at DaBella we do strive for excellent communication within the company. We post weekly video updates, send shout outs to sales people and loop in those applicable. We have a transparent open door policy (as long as you have your mask on) and employees are encouraged to discuss any frustrations with their leader or our on-site HR department. Our CEO does travel from market to market but can be found in the corporate office most days. We apologize that this hasn't been your experience and we wish you the best and you move forward.
