Not easy, but lots of growth potential

Pros

Leads are provided, not guaranteed, but still provided. The schedule is very flexible, management understands that life happens and sometimes we need to take care of things. LOTS of opportunity to grow and move up and run your own branch. The vision of the company is huge and has plenty of room for more leaders.

Cons

It can become chaotic at times. The Phoenix office is new and slowly becoming a brand in the area. It will take some time, but has tons of potential to make a huge impact. This job will take lots of patience and innovation to evolve.

Pros

Uncapped earning potential with preset leads. Doesn't matter if you are a seasoned sales rep, or new to the field, if you are willing to put in the work, you will definitely succeed!

Cons

Lead flow varies, so some days you will get 3 leads, other days, you will only get 1 lead.

Pros

If you're interested in being in control of how much money you make then this is the company for you! It requires dedication, but it offers a sense of freedom with your time. You're not locked down to a desk, but instead you're driving from residence to residence offering the best products in the industry with the strongest warranties to homeowners, all the while trying to make it affordable for them. There is always someone around eager to help you if needed. They are understanding when you need time off.

Cons

Some might say that getting your day to day schedule in the mornings is an inconvenience. No health care benefits. No gas reimbursement.
