Standard call center job. Fast paced and lots of people hanging up on you. Pay is decent I guess..more and more companies are beginning to pay the $15/hr starting, and if DaBella doesn't raise their starting pay, they probably will be getting less candidates in the future.

Cons

Environment is reminiscent of high school.. so be prepared when coming in.

We try our best to set our prospective employees for success by putting in our job posting as well as asking in the interview whether any aspect of a call center job would be challenging or not. We also utilize a corrective action process to ensure that people that treat the job like high school are coached to behave more professionally. Using consumer reports best products, with amazing warranties backing them. Makes it easier than most sales jobs knowing you're doing what's best for homeowners.

Cons

More consistency through all the channels; From marketing/canvass to installers actually completing work. Spuratic schedule, lots of travel.
