Business Outlook

Pros

Fun and supportive culture (not the typical cold and robotic call center feel) Excellent growth opportunities Pay is higher than most call center jobs (bonus not included) Training help from multiple places that make me feel like I'm not the only one invested in my success More than fair system to monitor handbook/company violations Great benefits Cool incentives such as monthly gift cards and candy, food we do well, and potlucks Company wide recognition for achievements

Cons

If you're lazy or can't take constructive criticism, you won't make it here! Bonus plans are challenging but not impossible Not enough PTO for long term feasibility Sometimes not enough recognition for good work

Pros

You are able to get return on the time and energy you invest!! I have had a number of jobs in my life. It is not very often that a company is willing and able to offer the kind of hourly rate as well as bonus plan that DaBella offers. With that being said, people are hired to do a job, not just show up and collect a paycheck. When you produce results those efforts are generously rewarded.

Cons

This is not a position for people that are overly sensitive. One has to be able to deal with a lot of "no thank you" to find one person that is interested in our services. The key is to not take the rejection personally and let it affect your attitude. Once you understand that it's easy to put on a smile after being told "no" all day, you will find the job easy! It is an outside marketing position and people that aren't fond of certain weather might find the position difficult. But once you get your first "lead" which is an appointment set with a home owner, you see how much your effort can pay off!!!
