I've been here for almost three months now and by far the culture in the workplace is the greatest I've ever experienced. The support around you is unbelievable. Everyone I've been around is eager to take the time to help. Upper management is very involved and extremely helpful. Your voice and opinions matter. I love being here and look to be here for as long as they'll keep me!

Cons

I currently don't have any cons towards this company. The company makes their employees a priority.

I have worked at DaBella for several years. The personal growth that I have experienced is so much fun. There is a tremendous focus on leadership and development. They focus on the employee and the customer and continually grow in size because of their core values. I strongly believe that you get out of anything what you put into it. The same can be said of working at DaBella. The more you put into DaBella the more that you will get in return. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I have had to be a part of the DaBella famil.

Cons

It is a growing company and there are always growing pains as companies get larger. But with the growth comes lots of personal growth and opportunity.
