No leads = full day off

Cons

Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Scamming homeowners, commission based only. Don’t care about employees especially if they’re not closing sales.

Multiple options on what they sale

Cons

High turnover. Never met one salesman that completed a year. They will have you work for free for the first week. They won’t reimburse you for your gas Require you to buy a lot of useless things to work

Pros

1. Co workers are cool and fun to be around. 2. When they let you work overtime without cap, it’s awesome on the check.

Cons

Everything else. No work-life balance of you want to be successful. Unrealistic daily and weekly goals (must work overtime no matter what you have going on at home) Rude managers and they will not take any responsibility for not communicating or training correctly You will be written up for missing goals. (That’s why I was fired). If you hit goal, your corrective action should be removed (per their own statement), however they will still keep your CA on file and advance it to termination without removing it.
