Pros

All we do is grow. The company continues to open locations every year. And that growth most commonly comes from an employee who started entry level. Grow others and you too shall grow.

Cons

Must be willing to sacrifice. Everyone’s sacrifice is different. This is not a 9-5

Pros

The first two weeks are paid training. The culture is very strong.

Cons

Some are the "leads" are very bad and you could end up wasting your day. Gas isn't covered by the company and you drive a lot.
