Huge earning potential—if you know how to sell high volume and high margins (ripping off people on overpriced products to pay your commissions).

Cons

Schedule, lack of healthy culture, no accountability, it’s all your fault mentality and if company screws it up—still your fault. W-2 sales employee on 100% commission—awful tax setup.

Be prepared to work 60-70 hours a week. No compensation for gas.
