      Pros

      I like the fast pace. I love the people I work with. There’s a lot of room for growth/development because the company is growing and they focus heavily on leadership. My upper management is very involved and focused on my upward growth. They always move with my best intentions in mind. We get raises based on performance which can sometimes happen more than once a year. Tons of opportunities to learn more and develop yourself

      Cons

      It’s a standard Monday - Friday with not much room to shift hours. Work-life balance. I think we could be paid more, but it’s not unlivable. Healthcare benefit plan could be better and more affordable for everyone
