      Pros

      Willing to look at people with less experience if they are motivated. Dabella understands that taking care of their employees is important to overall service. Lots of training and resources for those who need it, and opportunities to mentor and advance for those who are doing well.

      Cons

      There is a real sink-or-swim attitude here. You will get paid EXACTLY what you are worth. Some people won't like that.

      A chance to change your life

      Pros

      Performance based employment, and a chance to change the way you think, feel, and live. I've worked for several home improvment companies in different positions, and have never had one who actually cared about their employees. Most of the time companies will care more about profit margins, than anything else. This company cares about their employees, as well as customer service. People will be people, and you can't make everyone happy, considering this isn't a perfect world, but I feel confident leaving a house knowing that we will show them "The DaBella Difference", because no matter what we will find a solution, no matter what happens during the construction project.

      Cons

      Well I can only think of one when you look into my position: You actually have to work. I guess you have to, if you want to go somewhere with your life.
