Decent hourly wage. Nice employees.

Cons

Weak managers. Artificial growth. No room to grow. Empty promises. High turnover. No training. No commission.

That's why we implement a bonus plan, send top performers on company trips, and develop employees carefully if they have the qualities needed to grow toward a new position. It's call center..

Pros

Standard call center job. Fast paced and lots of people hanging up on you. Pay is decent I guess..more and more companies are beginning to pay the $15/hr starting, and if DaBella doesn't raise their starting pay, they probably will be getting less candidates in the future.

Cons

Environment is reminiscent of high school.. so be prepared when coming in.

Thank you for your feedback! We try our best to set our prospective employees for success by putting in our job posting as well as asking in the interview whether any aspect of a call center job would be challenging or not. We also utilize a corrective action process to ensure that people that treat the job like high school are coached to behave more professionally. We're constantly striving to make things better though!
