      Pros

      DaVita's culture can be described as familial. Tons of brilliant ex-consultants and bankers. Competitive salary, good hours on most teams (40-50/wk). Great first job for someone who wants experience before grad school.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about company leadership or managers. No secret that there is nothing sexy about the dialysis industry. If you want to be the interesting one at social gatherings the job is not for you.

      Pros

      The perfect internship. I loved traveling to company events and worksites all across the US. Loved how close I got with my intern class and the MBAs. The internship coordinators all put you in the same housing which is really great and makes you get really close with your fellow interns. All in all a great company with leadership that cares about you, great people, and a great experience.

      Cons

      Pay was kinda low for a competitive summer internship
