      Pros

      Flexible hours. Very accommodating to family life. Patients were great and pay was good.

      Cons

      A LOT of management change throughout my 2 years. ROD could not keep FAs in facilities. Lack of respect for employees working in clinics. Horribly negative attitudes all around and management placed blame in all the wrong places without asking employees anything anLIIT the facility they were working in. Travel can be a great distance from home. Some employees are bonused for covering other clinics while others aren’t. Direct managers cannot decide annual raises. It all has to be approved and decided by the ROD. Patients are not treated fairly. When I left, 4 staff members including the FA left within a 2 week window.

      make your own schedule, pay is not half bad

      Cons

      Say they treat you as part of the family and health and safety comes first but at the end of the day they are still a for profit company and will push the limits of patient and employee safety

      Pros

      Good collaborative culture across regional social work team. At facility level, great administrator, respectful, collaborative team who is patient centered. Opportunity for learning field of renal dialysis. Some awesome patients. Offers group supervision for LGSWs. Opportunity within for growth. Overall company “Community” culture is positive.

      Cons

      High case loads (for RN, RD, MSW,FA), not the best pay (some of lowest in area), and don’t utilize top level of license because of all the clerical expectations and case load size. Doesn’t provide for individual supervision for LGSWs.
