). Very Poor Management / Leadership Team
). High turnover in staff. My first month an entire dept was laid off w/prior notice, a year later A/P received notice of layoff about 9 mos out, Aug 21, 2017 several teammates laid off in various depts./roles and day 2 will take place 8/22/17.
). No work/life balance
). Uneven/ unfair assignment of executives to assistants. Some had 6, others have as many as 7 while others have 1 and those with several are the first to have more added and asked to assist in other projects outside of their primary responsible.
). Poor increases and bonus IF you even received one at all. .58 cent increase will never be noticed and $200 bonus taxed at 48% wow. Insulting .
). Very wasteful company, fly to various locations for one day meetings versus setting up video conference, fly out candidates for interviews, pay for hotel and food expenses at times candidates cancel money is wasted due to non refundable tixs. They celebrate everything, storage room full of snacks, providing food and snacks for interview candidates who does that. Fly new hires out to a 2- day event out of state called DaVita Academy providing hotel and all expenses etc. very wasteful. All these monies could go towards staff retention; i.e. bonuses, raises etc.
). Company does not support growth within.
). Mgmt. team is in mtgs DAILY back-to-back ...how can anyone be productive if they are always in meetings. No time to deal with staff related issues either. They don't even have time to take a break or lunch so of course they order in lunch for that meeting held during lunch time (wasteful). Managers leave late arrive early no family time.
Not a good company to work for on the corporate side. I cannot speak for the medical side.
