      No advancement without Ivy league/Consulting background

      Pros

      Unique culture, work/life balance, great people, really emphasizes fun, learning opportunities

      Cons

      Company shifting leadership model. If you do not have an Ivy league MBA and/or a Top 4 consulting firm background chances are you will not be able to move beyond a Group Administrator. You will be hard pressed to find a Regional Director who is an RN by trade, which is a bit disheartening for a healthcare company.

      Pros

      The Mission & Core Values drew me to DaVita. I truly enjoy going to work every day and being able to interact with my teammates. Upper Leadership has no problem showing appreciation and giving credit where credit is due.

      Cons

      I do feel there is some communication issues at times.

      Core Values that are practiced by employees, Village mentality, Career roadmaps for teammates who want to purse employment within the company. Human Resources listens to your concerns and responds to your request. Competitive salaries, quarterly bonuses. Leadership training programs.Teamwork with other departments and facilities. Leadership listens to teammates and responds. Fun environment!

      High volume of work tasks can sometimes be frustrating for new teammates who are still in the learning phase.
