      Pros

      Fellow teammates, autonomy, food from pharm reps

      Cons

      Not competitive to market wages, no matching 401K, Too many mid-level managers, too many initiatives, double charting, lack of adequate staff leading to burn-out, very little recognition. No work-life balance, Corp values are just a smoke screen

      Pros

      Excellent: core values, exceptionally polite IT department, good computer software platforms allows greater work in less time. Bonus above pay for better performance clinics.

      Cons

      Heavy work load, loss of process, related to new in the field or temp staff. Hire process does not seem to measure EQ. Self proclaimed under market pay. New initiatives are in addition to existing framework rather than integrated means task burden ever increasing.

      Cons

      Is not patient centered. Does not follow its core values. Is a bully. Is the Monsanto of healthcare.It appears to be a Financially sound company with Billions in holdings but it took a year and 4 months to get a printer that actually worked in our unit. They also expect for you to pay out of your pocket for supplies for patient demonstrations and submit for reimbursement after. We did not have an expense card for small purchases. Very Stressful job and very un-fullfilling. No autonomy despite your credential. You must educate based on what comes down their pike.
