Too many emails, money is the main focus, at all costs. Management desensitized and insensitive to staff needs.

DaVita keeps nurses with masters degrees at entry level positions and has people managing with no degrees at all. DaVita sees that intelligent nurses retain more patients (patients live longer and stay at the facility). DaVita does not promote from within. They hire a lot of upper and middle management with no health care experience, which is dangerous, especially when they're trained to only care about profits. DaVita 'cheaps out' when it really matters to the patients and staff. This company is growing too fast and is inflated with unqualified middle and upper management. They will continue to do well, but at some point law-suits from dangerous practices with catch up with the company.
