      Pros

      Unlimited PTO for directors +, bonuses and pay increases annually, I believe great culture at the clinics - not at corporate.

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership at VP+ (most have never worked elsewhere and were promoted at a time of desperation and haven’t been let go when they should be), high turnover and constant reorgs, little to no autonomy, favoritism based on politics and not work performance, poor culture at corporate, uncertain about the company’s future

      PTO accrual rate and can cash out after a year of employment

      Cons

      Incompetent management with poor communication. Lack of adequate training. Ridiculous workloads and expectations. Upper management is very ‘cliquey’. Managers are fake nice and not genuine at all. High turnover rate for RNs and Techs, so constantly understaffed. Whatever staff that remains is overworked and frustrated. Very toxic work environment.
