My manager created a whole new position within the company with no path for promotion or growth. After almost 4 years in my role, I am being told I need to transfer teams, apply to other jobs internally, or look outside of the company to advance, despite having stellar performance reviews. A higher title and pay are just "not in the budget" for my team.
