Pros

Decent benefits, good work environment.

Cons

People are nice but the work is unfulfilling at times. Not many PTO days and very few holidays off. Pay is much lower than other companies.

Pros

* Decent medical benefits and RX benefits * Decent Pay * Hour lunch

Cons

* You are made to work as a technician for 6 months to 1 year before working your duties as a Nurse. This is not communicated during the interview. * Insufficient training and onboarding for new employees, with expectations that new hires perform at the same level as experienced staff before receiving adequate instruction. * Limited training period that does not allow sufficient time to learn job responsibilities, policies, procedures, and patient care protocols. * Ineffective management and leadership, including poor communication, lack of support, and inadequate workforce planning. * Chronic staffing and scheduling issues that result in excessive workloads and long working hours. * Perceived favoritism in assignments, scheduling, and workplace treatment. * Workplace bullying and unprofessional conduct among staff members. Concerns regarding age-related bias and unequal treatment of employees. * Lack of consistency in following established medical protocols and operational procedures. *Hostile and stressful work environment that negatively impacts employee morale and job satisfaction. * Excessive work hours, often beginning as early as 5:00 AM and extending until 6:00 PM. * Disorganized operations and frequent workflow inefficiencies. Concerns that patient-centered care is not consistently prioritized. * Employees discouraged from building rapport or engaging in meaningful conversation with patients. * Reports of staff discussing patients in front of others in English and other languages, creating concerns about professionalism and patient dignity. * Overall lack of support, organization, and positive workplace culture, leading to decreased job satisfaction and increased employee burnout.
