      Pros

      - People generally want to do the right/good thing for the patients - People work hard to meet goals - Decent bonus structure (for office teammates it is a joke)

      Cons

      - Management is terrible (director level) - Leadership is nonexistent in middle management levels - Rarely promote within for management positions (manager, director and above) without being a Redwood graduate or from a consulting company - Work/Life balance doesn't exist unless you don't seem "engaged" in your work - No 401k match - HR is terrible (no way to provide a review for direct management? what is this, 1990?) - Office teammates seem to waste a lot of time and money traveling - Favoritism is the name of the game - Lots of interesting "affairs" at the higher levels

      Pros

      Mission and core values are strong and are discusses frequently.

      Cons

      No work/life balence. High turnover. Terrible pay for the PCT's who provide the direct patient care. No 401k. Wasted money on management meeting but cutting back on money spent on patient care. The ONLY way to meet productivity is to run your floor short!! Management shows favoritism!!!

      None (any score above a 2 star is entered by current "team" members who were asked to write a positive review or you have not worked here long enough to know the truth.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional "culture", poor actions with no consequences from mostly management. Unskilled FAs who are NOT registered nurses and often not even experienced in a clinical or dialysis setting. UNACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF CARE
