Great company, work life balance is rough, however you'll be compensated for your work
Pros
Pay is very good. Benefits are great. The building is clean, they give you all the tools needed to do the job effectively, including very good training. If you are looking for money, and you are hard working, this is a great place to get a nice paycheck. You'll definitely work for your paycheck, but they'll train you in to do any of the jobs there, and you'll be a part of one of the best HVAC companies in the world, as well as fastest growing. Global warming is vamping up, so if you think about it, this company is only going to go up.
Cons
You can sometimes be treated like a number, like a lesser person from supervisors. The lower level leadership needs a revamping. More transparency. Overall, I'm happy with the company, but it's the lower level supervisors that treat you poorly when they get pressured above them. Some supervisors however, are absolutely amazing and very well balanced. It depends on who you get.
