- Stable and low risk environment - Brussels office being very international while Ostend is very Flemish / Japanese - Big organization giving a lot of opportunities to change positions

- Majority of management is Japanese or those who are really staying in the company over a long time - Very slow to accept a new change - Rather closed atmosphere - Very traditional Japanese business environment
