Pros
-Management values your effort ( do right things at the right time is important) -Increment every year -Teamwork spirit is strong but that doesnt mean you're not give chance to handle certain projects solo. -Company observes all the public holidays (the only holidays you really can ignore all the emails and calls)
Cons
-Bear in mind, sales working nature is more or less the same everywhere official announced working hour is 8-5.30pm -you need sales to survive therefore you need to work anytime anywhere when your clients are working - AL/ MC/ travelling oversea still need to work (depends). no work life balance. Flexible but you don't get to choose when you'll be free. Be positive thinking and you'll find this job interesting.
