Daikin reviews

the plant is out in the middle of the desert. everybody is playing politics. nobody is being promoted. no clear career path plans. they don't value their talents I worked 6 years in design engineering no clear path ever provided what I wanted to do with my career. i learned a lot from Daikin but eventually, I had to leave this company because they do not really care about their employees apart from paying them.

Management does not promote people doing the actual work, only promote people who work closely with them.
