Pros
The office is nice and there is free parking.
Cons
People had left because of low pay and poor treatment including a complete disregard for mental health and specific learning differences. They do not care enough about the wellbeing of their employees. On top of this I was blamed for something my manager failed to do. I did not feel like a valued employee. The company lacks diversity and HR are very unsupportive. HR were not good at keeping issues private. There were a couple of teams which appeared to have better team leaders and higher morale.
