      Sometimes the processes are very hierarchical and stringent, but it's mainly due to the Japanese culture. Getting things done might be slightly slower due to the approval lines.

      People are genuinely good, no politics and full of young mindsets. Management are good and willing to listen to opinions and comments from subordinates.

      Cons

      Pay are really bad. If you plan to work here for long term, don't expect of any decent increment.
