      Pros

      Daikin was a good company to work at overall. Lots of investments were made in new products to support future sales growth.

      Cons

      At times the culture of the parent company in Japan and the US locations where not well aligned and that caused some conflicts.

      Pros

      Laxed environment, can work from home, pay is pretty decent.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized, behind the times in business needs. There is no professional development if you are not in the corporate office, which is located in Houston. Specific departments are not use to structure, nor are they proactive. The benefits are okay, they aren't horrible, nor are they the greatest. Friends are hired to work directly with each other and more.

      The pay is good for auburn and the people that work there are good. It is a union facility

      Management treats the employees terrible. Dont follow the contract. Do whatever they want
