      Pros

      Great pay at the expense of no work life balance.

      Cons

      2nd shift has low support and is a huge mess of greenhorn management and a skeleton crew. Too many managers on 1st. Takes forever to get improvements done unless you purposefully build the unit the poorly designed way (per their blueprints) and it holds up the line.

      They only pro is the people I closely work with.

      Cons

      You cannot move ahead in this company. I've tried several times and went to college to get a bachelor's degree to no avail. They will hire outside the company for any upper-level positions over hourly employees. You get punished for being a good employee which leads everyone to give bare minimum effort.
