Pros

co workers are great & they are supportive

Cons

management sucks. they all have bad attitudes with employees (minus a couple managers Rector & the light skin lady). they all appear to be scared of the residents there, so they baby them & neglect their workers. no work life balance because youre literally working overtime everyday you go in. if you call in, be prepared to hear something about what a "manager" said about you because they are just so perfect. the kids are great but working with them & management becomes hell
