Pros

Massive overtime required. Great if you wanna work all the time and have no family or friends. Pay is good so overtime pays well. If you want a life outside of 56hr a week job however...do not apply. Stressful(inmates), clickish (supervisors). Supervisors are also highly untrained in leadership. At some levels, PREJUDICE vs white people. Be warned

Cons

ruin your life if you have a family.
