Pros

good benefits and retirement. Easy for lower level employees to sit around and do the minimum possible, while others carry the load.

Cons

Favors african americans and whites. Hispanics are not valued and overlooked for promotions and salary increases. If you're not part of the "Good old Boys" or one of Judge Jenkins "pets".......Your just SOL
