Pros

Flexible work schedule, group and individual therapy, great co-workers, free LPC Intern supervision, great pay for LPC Intern

Cons

Lack of support from supervisors, although free LPC Intern supervision the content of the supervision is poor as they only focus on the work policies and don't challenge counseling theories, ethics, and other topics to strengthen as counselors. No pay raise when obtain full LPC licensure. A lot of documentation due to working in a forensic setting.
