Pros

There is nothing positive to say, other than the benefits are good.

Cons

To many people worried about other people business, instead of worrying about what they get paid to do. You have an assistant superintend that gives the best schedule to new hires, and doesn’t give a damn about the old staff. You have people telling on other people thinking it will give them a promotion.
