it is very global work enviroment due different perpons are from European or U.S.A or other country. You can learn or know lots of cultures. So nice to work here.

Sometimes it needs to bear the jetleg with different location or region to meeting or travel. And commiuncate or understand is very different in same thing.

A very ethical and system oriented company. Lot of learning opportunities provided to employees. Decent work life balance

Cons

1. India operations as has a lot of regional preferences when considering employee career growth. 2. Compensation at lower management is not as per industry standards 3. Very limited career growth, majority of the sales team members are in the same profile for the last 5-6 years. This has caused attrition to increase in the last few years.
