      European company have good European culture. Can get best training internal and external company.Working condtion is excellent. Very good assurance package beside salary.

      Danfoss (Tianjin) Co., Ltd getting localiztion, lost European culture. It seems to lost the advantage of leading technologe. The local competators have raising up.
