Great room to grow and develop. Continually evolving company that offers new experiences. I love the culture and high growth attitude. This is a great company.

Cons

work life balance. Some on boarding is sink or swim mentality.

Pros

Danone has a really good environment and they foster a very caring approach to their people. Compared to other FMCG employers, I would say they are a very organised company. Free massages too!

Cons

It seemed like there might not have been the option or ability for fast career progression as a lot of the mid-20's employees get poached because they haven't been promoted fast enough.
