There was no structured onboarding in the team (only couple general lectures about the company) and often times not much to do.

The salary is neither good nor bad. The company is growing and it's products are nice.

Cons

Even though it's an international company, the management and working style are purely Japanese and completely outdated. If you want to work in the offices, that's fine, but don't come to the factory if you're a foreigner, you're not welcome. a lot of rude and unfriendly people.
