      Pros

      Average health benefits plan, small annual bonus, informal and laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Dansko peaked in 2015. Pay/salary has become less and less competitive each and there is very little room for growth or advancement. Since 2020 Dansko has refused to adapt to a changing job market. They have drawn a hard limit on working 1 day from home. Upper management does not instill confidence in their ability to lead a company through a changing retail environment.
