      Make overtime sound mandatory

      Coworkers are friendly and supportive, hour lunches

      Cons

      If you are in customer service they would tell you overtime on Mondays is mandatory. The managers knew that if someone didn't want to they couldn't force them but they would make it difficult for you and would never admit it was voluntary.
