The CEO is too involved and everyone is a yes man to him. Most people have never worked in sports before and they don't know what they are doing. They really though the NFT boom was going to last forever

I joined right before the collapse of crypto. With the collapse there was increased stress, lots of finger pointing and no true direction to move forward.
